2013년 3월에 be사에 처음 만들어지게 되었습니다. 

암컷 부모는 BE-3164로 판매되는 여러 클론에서 주황색으로 선택된 N. sibuyanensis이고 

수컷 부모는 거대한 Mt. Legaspi N. merrilliana, 과거에 BE-3117로 판매된 여러 클론 중에서 선택되었습니다. 

이 식물은 매우 견고하며 우리 묘목장을 찾는 모든 방문객의 시선을 즉시 사로잡는 거대한 포낭으로 자랍니다. 

색상은 사진과 같이 개인마다 약간씩 다릅니다. 

중고도 자생지 이기 때문에 광범위한 온도에도 잘 견딥니다. 

여기에 표시된 사진은 대표적인 개체이며 많은 클론에서 생산된것 이니 위와 같은 개체가 아닐수 있습니다.

기네스북에 등재된 용량은 3리터에 조금 못 미치는 용량입니다.

-온 도 : 20도 이상을 유지하셔야 원활한 생육을 기대하실 수 있습니다.

-관 수 : 아침저녁으로 윗물관수를 합니다.

-번식방법: 종자번식, 삽목 등이 있습니다만 네펜데스는 암그루 수그루가 따로이며 개화 전까지는 식물의 성별을 알기 힘들기 때문에 현실적으로 삽목이 가장 주가 되는 방법입니다.

다소 고온과 다습을 요구하는 식물입니다.

This amazingly outstanding cross is one of the most impressive hybrids ever made. The pitchers have the waxy texture of N. sibuyanensis combined with the sheer size of N. merrilliana and can grow to be quite enormous. All the clones in this selection have pitchers that are either a deep orange or red. It’s also a vigorous cross, robust and an easy grower. Simply a stunning plant all round, as can be seen on the numerous videos to be found on our YouTube channel. A specific clone of this cross bred and raised in our nurseries currently holds the Guinness World Record for the largest carnivorous plant by volume, at just under 3 litres. However, larger pitchers are probably possible.

In Aug 2020, two clones were segregated from this item and marketed separately under BE-4026 because they were very similar in appearance to one another, while this item is more variable due to the fact that it’s a random selection from a huge number of different clones. However, for those who prefer the fun of the variability, this item remains hugely popular. It still includes both of the clones that comprise BE-4026, and it may also include clones that could be even more spectacular than the ones we selected for BE-4026.

History:  First introduced in March 2013.

Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics. The female parent is N. sibuyanensis selected for its orange colouration from the assorted clones sold under BE-3164, and the male parent is the huge Mt. Legaspi form of N. merrilliana, selected from amongst the assorted clones sold in the past under BE-3727.

Climate: 'Intermediate', which means it will flourish in a wide range of temperatures. We have tested it from 12 - 32 deg. C (54 - 90 deg. F), although it will tolerate temperatures outside this range.
